What an enjoyable trip the 5 of us (Jane, Shana, Caroline, Debbie C and Cathy) had in Destin, Florida for a week! A lot of fun was had by all, including lots and lots of card playing!

This was our attempt at catching the eclipse, but it was too cloudy to see the progression.
Day 3
Rain, rain go away...but it wouldn't!! It rained all day and very hard at times. So we played a lot of cards and when it slacked up a bit we ventured out for a drive around the SanDestin resort, then over to the outlet mall for some shopping, then to Margaritaville for a late lunch and then back to the condo for more cards.

Day 4
The sun came out and everybody did too! Cathy heading out for some boogy boarding.

Day 6
The weather is changing again -- getting cloudy and cooler. Not much time spent on the beach today. One of our many card games that were played at this table!!
Day 7
For our last full day in Destin we headed down to the Harbor. The fishing rodeo was in full swing as you can see here.

Day 8
On our way home we stopped off at Coushatta for the night and to do a little gambling.
This was another great trip with many fond memories.
